Registrations for the 26/27 season are open.

Payment & Registration

• Full payment at the time of registration is preferred.
• PlayHQ’s payment instalments option is available during registration to help make fees more manageable. It allows players (Senior and Junior hardball only) to register with an initial deposit, with the remaining balance scheduled to be automatically charged monthly up until January 28. 
• A strict "No Pay – No Play" policy applies: players must be fully paid or on an instalment plan before taking the field.
• All outstanding fees for pre-season activities (such as training sessions, academies or camps) must also be paid in full prior to taking the field. These are in addition to standard registration fees.
• The due date for full payment is October 1st, unless the player is on an instalment plan or registers after that date, in which case full payment is required at time of registration.

Financial Support & Payment Instalments

PlayHQ's payment instalment option allows registration fees to be spread evenly over several months and is expected to meet the needs of most families. For more details about paying by instalments, click here

If you have exceptional circumstances that mean the instalment option is still not suitable, please contact the Club Manager before registering. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for:

• Secondary School Students / School Leavers
• Tertiary Students (University, Polytechnic, etc.)

A valid student ID must be presented upon request. Final eligibility will be confirmed by the Club Manager.

Note: Apprentices are classified as adults and are not eligible for the student rate.

Family Discounts

A 20% family discount will be automatically applied to each additional junior hardball player registered under the same PlayHQ parent account.

Team Registrations (One Day and Social Grades)

If you are entering a full team into a One Day or Social Grade, please contact the Club Manager before registering. Team organisers are responsible for ensuring all player registrations and payments are submitted on time.

Refund Policy

Refunds after the season has started may be available depending on the circumstances. All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and an administration fee of $25 will apply.

Refund requests before the season has started will be processed without charge.
