Notice of Special General Meeting

To be held at the clubrooms, 39 Neil Ave, Te Atatu Peninsula
At 7pm on Thursday 12^th March 2026

TAKE NOTICE that the following matters will be put to a special general meeting to be held at 7pm on Thursday 12^th March 2026:

1. That the constitution presented to this meeting be approved and adopted as the constitution of the Waitakere Cricket Club Incorporated (“Club”), to replace the prior rules of the Club, with effect from this meeting.
2. That the Club shall apply for incorporation under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, and the Club’s Secretary Francis McEntee or his nominee is authorised to make the application on behalf of the Club.
3. That the Club’s existing officers and board members shall continue to hold office until the next AGM.
4. That the Registered Office of the Club be at 39 Neil Ave, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland.
5. That the Club’s initial contact person for the purposes of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 will be the Club Secretary, Francis McEntee.
